2022 Resolution
Paso Robles is not often thought of as an area that excels at white wines. After all, the region was founded through making massive zinfandels. However…we happen to love Paso’s white wines. After a long day of tasting big reds, sometimes all we want is to sip a crisp white. Because of Paso’s hot days, Resolution always has a generosity of fruit and a rounded mid-palate, while the cool nights and limestone soil preserve the acidity and offers great palate texture. This wine is fermented and aged in large-format neutral French-oak barrels to accentuate all of this. Composition: 40% Viognier, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne, 10% Picpoul Blanc
