2023 Rosé of Pinot Noir
Vineyard Designate Rosé of Pinot Noir from Escolle Vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands (Monterey County, CA). The fruit was purpose-picked at a low sugar level to produce a Provence-style Rosé that is both light in body and crisp in mouthfeel, a wine perfect for a spring or summer day when paired with chacuterie or a light fish meal....or paired with nothing at all.
